Firmly mid-market

The Capsule collections every year bring up an interesting point among me and my other personalities; where does a mid market brand, a la Filippa K, Corpus, Endovanera fit in the fashion/retail spectrum? I’d have to imagine firmly nowhere right now. I find that often you can find similar quality of construction at decidedly less expensive places like Zara or even H & M (at least for outerwear) and the global depression has meant that if you’re willing to wait a month or two, you can get better constructed/higher profile brand goods for near mid-market prices. I may be completely wrong about this from a sales perspective but I have to think the highest highs and lowest lows are the ones who have the best chance of survival.

I don’t really like the wealthy or the poor too much, so I am stuck agreeing with and hanging out with the middle class, who are kinda boring. Rich and poor people suck but are infinitely more interesting.
