CKD and the results

So, sick of looking big and strong and fat, I went on a Cyclical Ketogenic Diet 4 months ago. There is a science to it, but the long and short of it is that you eat very little but protein and fat for 5.5 days and then spend 1.5 days eating like a fat chick who just got dumped. Anyway, after 15 weeks went this to this:
- big, scary, fat
- Leaner, meaner, still pretty creepy
Essentially, I went from looking big, strong and fat to looking strong and creepy. I’ll take it!

sign me up. was strong and fat, now mostly fat. i don’t have to go to a male version of curves or jenny craig, do i?

I’m sure the roids had absolutely no effect on the size of your nads. You can probably size down 3 on jeans and not have it effect you at all.

Is the CKD the same as the old Anabolic Diet (DiPascuale)?

it is essentially very similar, but was more of a doctored version of lyle mcdonald’s ultimate diet.
